"Escala, ha representado que yo "escale" mi negocio, como su propio nombre lo dice, con la visión de crecer y avanzar. Con ellos aprendí a ordenarme tanto en el espacio donde trabajo, como en mis finanzas. Cuando tengo una duda regreso a mi material de consulta. Gracias a Escala me formalicé y registré mi marca.
Mi facilitadora me ayudó cuando quería volver a mi tierra por el Covid 19, me motivó a seguir adelante y no dejar mi negocio. La escuela de negocios me enseñó la importancia de tener una marca propia para diferenciarse y ahora todos mis productos cuentan con etiquetas de mi logo. Ahora que soy formal, tengo mayores oportunidades y me llaman para diversas ferias.
Actualmente, lidero la asociación de “Mujeres artesanas Sumaq Huayta” y trato de compartir los aprendizajes de Escala con las artesanas de la asociación. También, he aprendido a escuchar al cliente y mejorar el diseño de mis productos. Estoy muy agradecida con ellos por todas las oportunidades que me ha dado, Escala ha marcado mi vida y sé que Dios los va a bendecir por su apoyo a los emprendedores".

"Escala has represented that I "escalate" my business, as its own name says it, with the vision of growing and moving forward. With them I learned to organize myself in the workspace, as well as my finances. When I have doubts i go back to the consulting material. Thanks to escala I have formalized and registered my brand.
My facilitator helped when I wanted to go back to my town because of Covid 19, they motivated me to move forward and not to abandon my business. The business school taught me the importance of having a brand of my own to differentiate myself and now all my products have labels with my logo. Now that I am formal, I have bigger opportunities and they call me from diverse fairs.
Currently, I lead the "Sumaq Huayta Craftswomen" association, and I try to share my learnings from escala with the craftswomen from the association. I have also learned to listen to the customer and to improve the quality of my products. I am very thankful to them for all the opportunities they have given me, Escala has marked my life and I know that God will bless them for their support towards entrepreneurs".
